You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. First, make sure the item is in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and undamaged—with original tags, the full box set, inserts, and certificates. In addition, include your receipt or order number. Consequently, our team can verify eligibility quickly.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
To protect both buyer and seller, we require a single, continuous unboxing video for any return, exchange, or issue claim. Because the video documents condition at delivery, it allows us to approve or resolve your request much faster.
Attach the file—or a secure cloud link—when you email your request. Without a compliant video, we cannot process defect, damage, or missing-item claims.
Email contact@apexluxejewelry.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #____”. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and a link to the unboxing video. If your request is approved, we will send a prepaid U.S. return label with packing instructions. Then, ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label using the original packaging to prevent transit damage.

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. However, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after approval and funds have not arrived, please contact contact@apexluxejewelry.com.
To prevent damage in transit, place padding around the jewelry inside its box; then place that box inside a secondary carton. Additionally, include all inserts, tags, and certificates. Returns showing wear, scratches, resizing, or alteration marks may be declined.
