  • We list all prices in U.S. Dollars (USD). We calculate applicable state and local taxes at checkout.
  • Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-compliant gateways process payments securely. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

5) Shipping & Delivery - Apex Luxe Terms

We currently ship within the United States. Orders usually dispatch within 2 business days from our New Jersey facility. Typical delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selection is automatic). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; therefore, Apex Luxe Jewelry is not liable for losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds - Apex Luxe Terms

All returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the mandatory continuous unboxing video for defect, damage, or missing-item claims. You must return items unused, unworn, and with original tags and complete packaging. Custom, engraved, or final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.

7) Jewelry Materials, Care & Authenticity

  • We craft our pieces in 925 sterling silver set with premium moissanite gemstones.
  • Each item bears a 925 hallmark and, where applicable, a gemstone authenticity card.

8) Intellectual Property

All text, photos, videos, graphics, product descriptions, and logos are the intellectual property of Apex Luxe Jewelry / OXTERRA LLC or its licensors. We prohibit reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use without prior written permission.

We warrant that jewelry is new and free of manufacturing defects at delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper care, loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications. Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Luxe Jewelry / OXTERRA LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.
